Terms of Service

Agreement to Terms

By accessing or using Prioritize (the "Service"), including the website, REST API, and mobile app, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

Accounts

• You must provide accurate account information and safeguard your credentials.
• You are responsible for activity under your account, including activity from website sessions and mobile bearer tokens.
• You may not share credentials with someone who is not authorized to use your account.

Your Content

You retain rights to the tasks, goals, notes, settings, feedback, and other content you add to Prioritize. You grant us permission to process that content as needed to operate, secure, support, and improve the Service.

Acceptable Use

• Do not misuse the Service, attempt unauthorized access, or interfere with its operation.
• Do not upload unlawful content or violate others' rights.
• Do not reverse engineer, scrape, overload, or abuse the API or mobile app.

Subscription and Billing

Premium subscriptions purchased on the website are processed by Stripe. Billing management, payment method updates, and cancellation for those subscriptions are handled through Stripe's secure Checkout and customer portal.

Premium subscriptions purchased in the iOS or Android app are billed by Apple or Google through the App Store or Google Play. Restore, renewal, and cancellation for those subscriptions follow the rules of the store where you subscribed. RevenueCat helps sync store subscription status with your Prioritize account. Manage or cancel store subscriptions in your Apple or Google account settings.

Account Deletion

You may request account deletion from mobile Settings, at prioritize.site/delete-account.html, or by emailing privacy@prioritize.site. We may verify account ownership before processing the request. Deleting a Prioritize account does not cancel an App Store or Google Play subscription; you must cancel it through the store to prevent future charges.

Intellectual Property

The Service and its original content are owned by us and protected by applicable laws. You retain rights to your content.

Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access for violations of these Terms or to protect the Service. You may stop using the Service at any time.

Disclaimers

The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, to the fullest extent permitted by law.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service.

Changes

We may modify these Terms. We will update the "Effective date" above and post changes here.
