Delete Account
If you can sign in, use Settings in the mobile app to permanently delete your account immediately after confirming your password. This public form is only for people who cannot sign in; it opens a support request and does not schedule deletion.
What Happens Next
- Authenticated deletion has no grace period and cannot be undone.
- Active website subscriptions are cancelled first. Deleting your account does not cancel an App Store or Google Play subscription; cancel it in the store to prevent future charges. The app warns active store subscribers and offers the store-management link before immediate deletion.
- Tasks, goals, filters, recurrence and dependency data, notifications, push subscriptions, settings, sessions, API tokens, and local billing state are deleted.
- Processors may retain payment and tax records required by law. Restricted security logs and backups may persist for up to 30 days; legal holds are isolated until the obligation ends.
