Privacy Policy

Effective date: August 1, 2026

Overview

This Privacy Policy explains how Prioritize ("we", "us", "our") collects, uses, and protects information when you use the Prioritize website, REST API, and mobile app.

Information We Collect

How We Use Information

Mobile Permissions and Tracking

The Prioritize mobile app does not show ads, sell personal information, track you across other apps or websites, or request camera, contacts, or device location permissions in v1. The app may request notification permission so it can remind you about upcoming tasks when you enable reminders.

Payments and Subscriptions

Premium subscriptions may be processed by:

Those processors receive the billing and account identifiers needed to complete purchases, restore access, handle cancellations, and prevent fraud. Payment card details are handled by the processor or app store, not stored by Prioritize.

Data Sharing

We do not sell your personal information. We share data only as needed to operate the service, such as with hosting and infrastructure providers, payment processors named above, or when required to comply with law, protect rights, prevent abuse, or maintain security.

Data Retention

We retain account and task data while your account is active. Authenticated deletion removes live user-linked application and local billing-state records immediately. Payment processors and stores may retain invoice, payment, tax, refund, fraud, and chargeback records under their own legal obligations. Restricted infrastructure security logs and backups may persist for up to 30 days. A valid legal hold may preserve a narrowly scoped, isolated record until the obligation ends.

Account Deletion

You can permanently delete your account from the mobile app Settings screen by confirming your current password. Deletion is immediate, has no grace period, and cannot be undone. Active website subscriptions are cancelled before local deletion. Deleting your account does not cancel an App Store or Google Play subscription; the app warns active store subscribers, provides the store-management link, and requires explicit acknowledgement before immediate deletion. RevenueCat customer data is erased as part of the deletion flow. A Stripe, RevenueCat, or database-cleanup failure leaves the local account intact for a safe retry. The public page at prioritize.site/delete-account.html and privacy@prioritize.site provide verified support for people who cannot sign in, but do not schedule deletion.

Security

We implement reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect your information. However, no method of transmission or storage is 100% secure.

Your Rights

Depending on your location, you may have rights to access, correct, export, or delete your data. Contact us to exercise these rights.

Children

The service is not intended for children under 13. We do not knowingly collect data from children under 13.

Changes to this Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will revise the "Effective date" above and update this page.
