This Privacy Policy explains how Prioritize ("we", "us", "our") collects, uses, and protects information when you use the Prioritize website, REST API, and mobile app.
Information We Collect
- Account information: name, email address, hashed password, verification status, and account settings.
- Authentication information: website session data, mobile bearer-token metadata, token creation dates, last-used dates, expiration dates, and revocation status.
- User content: tasks, goals, subgoals, notes, dates, priorities, pinned status, timers, completion history, saved filters, settings, and feedback you submit.
- Technical and security data: IP address, browser or device details, API request logs, error logs, and login/security events.
How We Use Information
- To provide the task, goal, settings, timer, and account features you use.
- To keep the website and mobile app signed in securely.
- To secure accounts, prevent abuse, debug issues, and maintain service reliability.
- To respond to support, feedback, privacy, and account deletion requests.
- To send service messages such as verification emails or important account notices.
- To send optional reports and product updates when enabled, with unsubscribe controls in each subscription email.
Mobile Permissions and Tracking
The Prioritize mobile app does not show ads, sell personal information, track you across other apps or websites, or request camera, contacts, or device location permissions in v1.
Data Sharing
We do not sell your personal information. We share data only as needed to operate the service, such as with hosting and infrastructure providers, or when required to comply with law, protect rights, prevent abuse, or maintain security.
Data Retention
We retain account and task data while your account is active or as needed to provide the service. Authentication tokens expire or can be revoked. Technical logs and deletion request records may be retained for security, fraud prevention, legal compliance, and operational records.
Account Deletion
You can request account deletion from the mobile app Settings screen or from the public page at prioritize.site/delete-account.html. You may also email privacy@prioritize.site from your account email address. We may verify account ownership before deleting data.
Security
We implement reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect your information. However, no method of transmission or storage is 100% secure.
Your Rights
Depending on your location, you may have rights to access, correct, export, or delete your data. Contact us to exercise these rights.
Children
The service is not intended for children under 13. We do not knowingly collect data from children under 13.
Changes to this Policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will revise the "Effective date" above and update this page.
